Lena can send email reports summarizing all the actions carried out on the drives:

• number of sharing links created
• number of users/groups created/deleted
• number of access rights modified
• a summary of activity per user (number of files created/modified/deleted).

To configure how emails are sent, start by clicking on Lena's icon in your task bar then click on :

Then click on the Account settings icon in the left-side menu:

You can then:

• ② Remove an existing recipient or modify the reports sending frequency associated to a specific user.
• ③ Add a new recipient (by entering his/her email address).
• ④ Modify the time at which the reports are sent.

Do not forget to change the applied changes by clicking on Save settings ⑤.
